I've been with HoneyBook since the beginning and I've witnessed consistent growth of the platform and commitment to users throughout. I love the sleek, professional design components; ability to keep everything in one central location; ease of communication with support staff if needed; and ease of use for my clients. There are some small items I'd like to be able to have more control over to personalize my experience more and some features I'd love to see in the future. Their pricing structure is above that of their competitors but the value, service, options, and professionalism makes it a valuable tool to have in my arsenal.

Their forums and support resources are incredibly helpful, and it genuinely feels like customer feedback influences future updates. On top of that, customer service has always been great whenever I’ve needed help. Overall, HoneyBook saves me an enormous amount of time, keeps my business organized, and makes the client experience feel seamless from start to finish. Huge fan.
