Their customer service was outstanding. They were understanding and caring and although I had to cancel my subscription for now, I would highly recommend and go back to them when I need it. Great customer service has been limited with other systems and I am still shocked at how fast, transparent and caring their representative was.

The collaboration feature makes keeping everyone updated so easy. And I love the text feature that I can program ahead of time to send my team and vendors reminders. HoneyBook has made communication with my team and vendors very easy.

Honey Book has been all around helpful and useful over the years. I do not particularly like not having a contact help phone # to call, but once you figure out how to explain issues and do screenshots for the email communication, they are very helpful and quick to respond.

Easy to use, powerful offerings. My revenue has increased tremendously this year, and it is in part because of how easy it is to interact with my clients.

It was an investment for sure, but well worth it if the business is growing! I love having everything organized for each client/project, and the payment reminders are a huge bonus for me, who hates awkward conversations lol.
