Dear Harman, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern regarding the delivery delay. Our records show your order was placed on November 3rd and dispatched on November 6. The tracking number we provided you clearly states Portugal as the country of origin and with shipments to the UK, you occasionally have delays with customs clearance. This is unfortunately out of our control and our terms clearly state “For European orders, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, customs (if applicable), or other factors.” To be clear, today is the 6th business day after dispatch, still within the estimated delivery time. We would like to add that we responded to your inquiry in less than 2 hours to assure you we would look into the status of your package. We always aim to be honest and transparent in our communication and are saddened to hear that this has not been your experience with us thus far.
