I paid $37.17 to receive nothing
I paid $37.17 to receive nothing. I sent it back unopened because the package did not look like the package that was represented on the website which was around bottle. The package was simply flat and because of that interpretation. I guess is why regardless of having sent it back. I did not get my refund of $37.17 back. Would I pay for I paid for and I entangled with the PayPal web of needing a response by June 1st, which I was not notified of I can't see where actually been looking for another response for something that was obvious so that I was not looking for or respecting that, but expecting my $37.17 back. So they closed the case and let you keep my money for telling you to keep my money for nothing. I don't know about anybody else but I don't have money to just give away for no purpose. I will be contracting pal again after that. The federal trade commission , if there are no results and then the BBB. I'm sorry , I just was not inspecting get robbed.

Hi Kenneth, We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. To clarify, order #1587 was shipped with the capsules you ordered. USPS tracking shows the package was refused at delivery and returned to sender before the package was opened or inspected. Based on your email to us, the package was refused because the outside packaging appeared different than expected, not because the product inside was confirmed to be incorrect or defective. Normally, if a customer contacts us before refusing a package or opening a payment dispute, we can review the concern directly and work toward a resolution, including checking the shipment, confirming the product, or arranging the appropriate next step. In this case, because the package was refused and a PayPal chargeback was opened, the payment dispute and refund process had to be handled through PayPal/the payment provider. If the chargeback has been decided in your favor, the timing of funds returning to your account would be handled by PayPal or your bank. We have also confirmed that all subscription activity connected to your account has been cancelled, and no future subscription charges will be attempted. Honest Sea Moss
