Great service I received my product on…
Great service I received my product on time but the product did not seem effective on my dog. I was looking for calmness in my dog but it seem to have no effect on him. I saw no difference in him I have found cheaper brands of CBD that did more for my. But outside of the product not being very good the service was great

Package was delivered very late ..
Package was delivered very late ... each time I looked at the tracking ... kept on getting a message that it was delayed... three times

Nice product but changed in a bad way
I really liked my first couple of orders. The cookies were a nice structure with a channel down the middle. Easy to break. My dogs are 18 lbs and 30 lbs. So breaking them is crucial to "dosing" them properly. The last two batches have been significantly different. They are strucured different. Not in a good way. They are much harder. Gone is the channel that made them easy to break. These are a real pain to break and usually break into little bits. I'm really not impressed with this change. I'm considering not buying any anymore. Currently shopping for a different source or just making my own cookies. It a shame this is the choice your company made. You had such a nice product and and in my opinion, you ruined your product.

Order far in advance
I have been getting CBD relief bites for my older dog with hip pain for about a year. They work great and she loves them. The formula was changed several months ago and I am no longer able to break them into pieces and scatter them on her food. I was doing this to get her to eat her food and not just the relief bites. My issues are not with the product, but with the company. I was using the subscription service and then I started getting messages to update my credit card. Nothing had changed but putting the information in again still didn’t work. I ended up stopping the subscription and just ordering on a monthly basis. Be sure to order way before you run out as shipping takes forever. Sometimes up to 2 weeks. And while I appreciate the rewards program, there is no convenient way to apply the rewards to your purchase. Again, the product is great! Company just needs to sort out some issues,

Our dogs are 10 and 12 years old now
Our dogs are 10 and 12 years old now, and the Relief bites seem to really help them both. Though it is no problem for my 100# lab, the change you made a few months ago has not been as easy on my small dog. He had to have 7 teeth removed just before you made the bites much harder. I have to crush his now. I suppose that is more of a nuisance for me than for him :)

Really don’t know how bad or good this…
Really don’t know how bad or good this stuff is. We gave our 1 year old German shepherd one to see if it would calm her down. To that end it worked a little. Unfortunately, it gave her diarrhea so I haven’t tried it again

Third review I've submitted
Unfortunately, my cats would not even taste the chews. Both smelled them and turned their noses up and walked away. I have been using the CBD oil on their wet food for about a week. They still eat the wet food but I haven't noticed them being any calmer...yet. I cancelled the subscription for the chews and skipped this month's sub for the oil.

Haven’t tried your product yet, finishing another brand I started first,so cannot rate yet. My dogs are really fusssy, so am hoping they will like the taste
