I’m a first time customer
I’m a first time customer. I used the contact us page on their website when the welcome discount code did not get sent to my email inbox. Genesis replied within a few hours and provided a code that worked. I placed my order with the welcome discount and am really looking forward to receiving my first order and hope to provide my 13 year old pup with some relief from arthritis joint pain.

I just love Honest Paws
I just love Honest Paws! Their products are great and their customer service is outstanding. I recently interacted with Chrissie in customer service and she was very helpful, friendly and responsive! Honest Paws is a great company!

Impeccable service
This company has the best products for my 13 year old shih tzu. I always buy the cbd calm treats which are just perfect and he can’t live without the cbd joint treats either, his mobility greatly increases when he’s on the treats. This morning however, I realized I accidentally signed up for monthly orders to be delivered and I emailed customer support. Genesis replied to me very promptly and canceled my monthly subscription and refunded my money for that order. I could not be more pleased with this company now. Everything is perfect from their products to their service! So thankful!

Prompt helpful service
Crissi was very prompt and helpful. She refunded my order and cancelled my recurring order. She was very nice and polite. The CBD oil didn’t help my dog and she told to donate the oil to someone else. Very good customer service
