When I told them my dog didn't like the calm chews at all...they didn't ask any questions and agreed to refund our money right away...which I thought was great. You certainly didn't HAVE to do that...and I would have understood if there'd have been only 50% or whatever. So thank you very much. I've been in CS my entire career, in some capacity, so I truly appreciate GREAT CS.
