When I emailed about my order, Miriam replied quickly. It was immediately obvious that she was professional but personable. I really appreciate that. There's nothing more annoying that getting a form letter response. Miriam took the time to ask a few questions to determine how best to help and she certainly came through! We have been buying Honest Paws products for over 10 years and we will continue to do so. Thank you Miriam!!!

Crystal is an awesome CS rep and listens to your concerns. She's passionate about the product and also proving exceptional customer service. The product is also great and helping my dog a lot with her mobility.

Even though the calm bites didn't help with my pup's anxiety he definitely did not mind the taste of them. I received excellent customer service when I requested a refund.

My kid - Hunter -- A >13 ESS with severe osteoarthritis, pain and inflammation has been taking Grapiprant along with other OTC for over a year and only the Grapiprant has helped him. I stopped the plethora of other chews, bones, pills etc.. that didn't help. As a disabled Veteran with chronic pain, I have a knowledge of CBD/THC and after >20 years of Opiates I decided to to try Honest Paws to supplement "G" for Hunter, within a few days I could really see a difference. At first I didn't think it was the Chews and Bones. Well the rest of the story is - Hunter is up and around, much less pain, learning to walk again, following me everywhere I go, happy, energetic and it is awesome to see him doing so well. I have to say in my experience has been a life changer for him and me! Even when he isn't close and I pick up the bag of chews all of a sudden he's right there

Crystal and Chrissie are THE BEST! They understood my “picky” eater and suggested an alternate product. Give those ladies a RAISE!!

Pippin (7 y/o pit mix rescue) and I are longtime customers since 2022! We love Honest Paws and we will never use another company for her CBD. I trust Honest Paws so much and their CBD has been a game changer for my dog's neurological condition called Idiopathic Head Tremor Syndrome. Couldn't go without our Honest Paws CBD. The customer service is also phenomenal when I sent a message inquiring about an out of stock item that I order monthly, I received a response within half an hour! Truly great company and we love what you do. Thank you!! ❤️ -Pippin and her human Elena

Gina was very helpful when it came to my refund. And when she found out that my dog passed away and wasn't able to wait to try the CBD, she was so thoughtful to email me and extend her condolences. Such a sweet person

Honest Paws CBD made such a meaningful difference in the final chapter of our beloved dog Bella’s life. When she developed arthritis, their CBD helped ease her pain in a way that her prescription medication couldn’t — without the vomiting or side effects. As she aged and developed canine cognitive dysfunction, it also helped ease her anxiety and sundowning episodes, bringing her (and us) much-needed peace and comfort. But what truly sets Honest Paws apart is not just their amazing product — it’s the heart behind the company. After Bella passed, I reached out to see if I could return an unopened bottle. The response I received brought me to tears. The customer service rep sent the most compassionate, heartfelt message, encouraged me to donate the bottle in Bella’s honor, and processed a refund and cancellation with genuine care and kindness. In a time of deep grief, I felt seen — not just as a customer, but as someone who loved their dog deeply. I’ll always be grateful for Honest Paws for helping us support Bella’s comfort and dignity in her final years.
