I love this product! However, half the bag is consistently filled with broken pieces which is hard to monitor when giving my pup a dose (1 cookie).

At the end of my purchase experience, I was presented with what I thought was a confirmation. It was in fact an upsell that I inadvertently clicked on. Worse yet, there was no confirmation that I was buying something in addition to my order. In the end, customer service made it right but not after having to push back on returning a product I did not want but also pay for shipping to return it.
