Customer service is great
Customer service is great! I accidentally dropped a bottle of my CBD oil for my dog and it broke. Customer service sent me another bottle at no charge! Now I will say the website can be frustrating, very hard to figure Out how to apply points I’ve earned in upcoming shipments

Purchased both soft chew and the dry…
Update: Customer service was excellent. Offered full refund for my purchase. I would comfortably try other products knowing that full refund is given if I'm not happy with the product. I appreciate that. Purchased both soft chew and the dry cookie kind. My dog will not touch them. Has a weird smell and now I'm stuck with two very expensive treats my dog won't eat.

Epilepsy
I love Honest paws and have a monthly subscription for the cbd calming treats as our dog has epilepsy. She is on prescription medication but we also give her the recommended dose of Honest Paws cbd calming bites nightly to help control her seizures. There's not enough research if cbd helps treat seizures or not but in my opinion they have helped. When she was just on rx meds alone she had more frequent seizures. Since we've added the Honest Paws cbd calming bites to her medication regiment, the seizures have been less frequent. Wish we could participate in a trial study so there could be more research using cbd to treat epilepsy. We chose Honest Paws as they seemed to be the best all around. Taking away 1 star bc idk if it's me (operator error) but when using the app to redeem points or if they email me for a % off I always have to call customer service for help. But Omar has always been helpful and redeemed our points or given the money off on whatever email was sent. Omar you are the best!!!

CBD tincture was unhelpful, but customer service was 10/10
While the purchased product (CBD tincture) did not seem to calm any of my dogs anxieties or improve behavior, he did enjoy the taste! Customer service was very understanding and easy to work with to get me a refund.

Best CBD for your pets!!
We have been giving Honest Paws CBD oil to our Golden Retriever since 2023 March for his seizures. Quality is top notch!! I will recommend Honest Paws CBD oil to other dog owners in my shoes any day. I’m giving 4 stars only due to a recent experience where the delivery was delayed due to delivery service issues, but Honest Paws customer service agent was not very responsive in spite of sharing my dog’s health condition and our situation of having ran out of Honest Paws CBD oil.
