Disappointed
When I recieved my order all the treats were broken and since I ordered two bags to be shipped every 60 days I noticed that even if I put the pieces together there were not 30 on the bag, not even close to 30.

it took almost two weeks to get my…
it took almost two weeks to get my order. when i placed it it never went through because there was an issue regarding an upgrade or changeover of systems at HP. I was wonder where my order was and why there was no tracking so a week later i looked it up and it appeared to still be in process.

CBD Oil caused respiratory issues
I ordered CBD oil for my older dog who was having mobility issues. Unfortunately for her, this gave her respiratory issues. Maybe it was the added Turmeric? She went into coughing fits, coughing up phlegm and generally in respiratory discomfort. Had to discontinue after five days.

My dog likes the product but too expensive
My dog likes the product - but it is too expensive for what you get. If I found a similar product that was a better value elsewhere, I would get it.

Ordering was easy and I had no problem…
Ordering was easy and I had no problem with the website. It doesn't seem to be helping my dogs and my cats will not eat the treats at all, even when I hide them in food, so I have no reason to purchase anything again. I really wish it would have helped them, but cats won't touch them, and I see no improvement with the dogs, although they do take the treats easily.

Expensive product, No result
The calm CBD oil arrived fairly quickly and was well-packaged, but unfortunately had no effect at all on my dog. Quite expensive for no result.

New cookies are too hard.
The new cookies are too hard and they cannot be split in half. In addition, my dogs don't like them nearly as much as the older ones because they are hard as rocks! I have to soak them in water so they can chew them more comfortably. Please go back to the old formula!
