Gina Perkins made this transaction very easy. I needed to cancel my subscription due to the passing away of my fur baby and she personally handled it herself. I had also received my monthly order in the meantime and didn't need it. I requested to return it and she told me a refund would be issued, but to keep the product or donate it, which I did to our local shelter. Thank you Gina for making a difficult day for me a lot smoother.
