Gina reached out to me
Gina emailed me after I had try to call and hadn’t even left a message. She followed up just from the missed call! I really appreciated her extra effort in checking to see what I needed. I was trying to get an idea on delivery of an order I had placed over 4th of July week. I received my order in a timely manner and thanked Gina for her follow up.

Great customer service.
The lady I talked to was apologetic that your product did not work for my dog. You quickly issued a full refund, and she said to keep the remaining two unopened bags or to donate them. Great customer service.

Got the cbd for chewy
Got the cbd for chewy. Probably did not give enough. Will do more for bath time too

Excellent products and customer service
Always a pleasure doing business with Honest Paws. The Calm Chews are an excellent product, and one I've used very successfully in the past with an extremely fear-aggressive rescue. The Chews gave him a welcome sense of well being and calm in a gentle, subtle way. Dealing with Customer Service with my questions, especially Antonio, was a pleasure.
