Genesis was a big help in resolving a delivery issue. Since we use this product to manage our senior kitty's arthritis pain, it was really important to us that we get our next shipment before we run out of our current supply. A big thank you to Genesis for resolving a delivery issue and making sure our kitty got his pain medicine.

The product I bought did not work for my dog. I had no problem with getting my money back and agent I spoke to was very sorry it didn't work, but was glad to refund me. Very pleasant experience.

Easy ordering, reliable shipping, good pricing. Also, the products are explained well on the website. My dog Muppet loves the CBD products and they appear to help with her anxiety.
