I love the product but when it's not shipped how I need it and when I need it my dog suffers. It took almost 2 weeks to ship my recurring item. I had to add something else to the order and clicked ship now. I guess now is 10 days later and not the next day. If my dog didn't rely on the relief she gets from your products I would look elsewhere but Honest Paws genuinely works so you will continue to have my business but also my ire.

First, I LOVE the product. My pooch loves the product. What I do not love is, when signed up for a 30 day autoship, I expect the new product to be re-delivered (as in, in my hand) when 30 days are up. Two months ago, it was very late (11 days!) and I had to supplement with another CBD product (which my dog did NOT like). Also, I wish your website allowed folks to sign up for a 3 week autoship cycle if your company cannot get another one month supply to us on the 30th day (it currently does not). Simple fix!

I am sorry for this review. The company needs faster service. For my fur baby who needs this product it shouldn’t take 10 days to receive a product. I have canceled my account.
