Unhappy with their customer service
The product is great, however I thought I ordered one bottle & months later received 2 bottles for $175.90 that apparently were on a subscription plan. I was shocked, wrote the company an email & asked for a prepaid return label & to be refunded the $175.90. They quickly sent the return label, I mailed it back the next day & now weeks later still have not received the refund! I sent them a follow email explaining this & I did not get a response so I am hoping this review will get their attention so I can get my refund for the bottles I sent back unopened!

The CBD oil works great, codes for discounts do not
I was given a code for free shipping and was told it was expedited, which I needed as I was going to run out of my CBD oil for my senior dog. It actually took longer for it to arrive than the first time I ordered and paid for shipping. Had I known that , I would have used the coupon to take more off the item and paid the extra for expedited shipping. Having said that, the CBD oil seems to be working great for my dog.

My order is a 1 week late
My order is a 1 week late. I reached out by email on April 1st but recieved no response. I called on April 2nd and was told a replacement order will be sent out. I'm still waiting for the confirmation email for that call. Other than the poor delivery service our dog does well with the Wellness CBD. It helps with seasonal and skin allergies she experiences.

I tried text, call and text - no reply
I tried the text option. No reply. I tried calling. No answer. Finally, I sent a message. And it was days before I got any type of response. That is terrible customer service. I was ready to order but could not get any help whatsoever
