When I spoke to a representative, she was very helpful and wanted to solve my problem. She was going to research and get back to me. The very next day she got back to me with a solution. I was very impressed.

I emailed on a weekend with worry that my package was lost. The order showed delivered, however it did not come with the mail as stated. Gina was wonderful and replied that on your end it had been left in the mailbox. My husband checked again since the mail had already come by, and it was put in the mailbox after which is why we thought it was lost/ misplaced! Thanks Gina!
