I'd like to give a big shout-out to Neeah for her outstanding customer service. Not only does their CBD oil work well on my dogs but the pre and post customer service has been a highlight in his company. My package was damaged during shipment and after a quick message to the company, Neeah responded back quickly. She was quick to offer a solution without any hassle. I am very impressed and doesn't stop with their CS. I have two 10 pound chihuahuas that I've been giving a full dose to. It was very apparent that the CBD oil went to work after their first dose towards bedtime. They both had very deep relaxing night's rest and awoke energize in the morning. Fast forward 2 weeks of full doses every day and I see even more results. Their coats have been much softer and shinier, both are more energetic and playful and have been sleeping better. They are both five years old and seem to be thriving now. It's hard to leave the house without them both wanting to go on a walk. One of my chihuahuas have been suffering from issues with bowel movements, not being able to form stools. She is now having normal and healthy looking bowel movements. I'll be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future. Thank you for the great product and excellent customer service!

Neeah has been great to work with over the past month with any questions I've had. My 11.5 year old cocker spaniel has only been using the products (joint chews + CBD oil) for a month but I can already tell a difference. Great customer service and a great product will keep me a customer for a long time!

Crystal was very helpful with my order. I accidentally clicked monthly subscription, instead of the one-time purchase. Crystal was very prompt returning my email, and took care of the problem immediately. She cancelled the subscription and was kind enough to keep the price the same. My package got here quickly, and so far my Lola is loving their product. I'll check back later with a full review on their cbd products. I am impressed! Thank you.

I had ordered a new 'soft chew' from you for my 13 yr. old dog. He wouldn't even touch one to try it, hated them. I wrote Customer Service and Neeah answered my e-mail the very next day. She was very nice and said I would be getting a refund for the item and that I did not need to return. Her only request was that I pass it along to someone else who could use it. I made a purchase for the first time and got the wrong item. (mistakes do happen) I went online and spoke to customer service who expedited my correct item and received it the next day. They didn't even make me return the incorrect item that was sent. Great customer service!!! I will be ordering from you again!
