Honest PawsReviews of honestpaws.com

I have never used this type of product for my dog previously. Let me tell you THEY WORK. The dog was always hiding and shaking during thunder storms but the Honest Paws treats worked so well that there was no hiding, shaking and heavy panting. The Honest Paws communication after shipment is second to none. I would highly recommend Honest Paws products to anyone with Dogs that cannot deal with continuous loud noises such as thunder of even fireworks.

Crystal was extremely helpful and shipped a replacement cbd oil for my dog’s allergies. I am grateful to her for her rapid response and assistance! Great communication and follow-up. I am very happy and satisfied with the service and support! Thank you kindly Crystal!!!

I had a promo code problem and Crystal solves the issue with speed and professionalism. Thanks everyone!

Our two West Highland Terriers, Female is Marlee and Male is Lyric, treble, shake and whine during thunderstorms. We have tried medication to calm them but nothing worked, it really hurts us to see them like this. We ordered the CBD Calming Treats and Marlee and Lyric were running around like puppies again. Marlee is 14 and Lyric is 13. 2 weeks later we had a bad thunderstorm and both puppies sat next to me without a whimper or any shaking. We honestly could not believe it. We have had a couple storms since and we are still amazed. We have ordered more for our Fur Babies. Thank you Honest Paws.

I accidently ordered the wrong product for my dogs weight and Crystal with their customer service department fixed everything. She seriously responded to my email in under an hour. Amazing customer service!!! Way to go Honest Paws

Jennifer was a huge help! She responded to my inquiry within minutes, and adjusted my pet's subscription delivery dates for me! Thanks again!

After searching the internet for remedies for my dogs allergies, I came across Honest Paws and decided to try their products. Although the CBD OIL did not solve my dogs allergy issues, Crystal offered other options along with a full refund if I chose to go that route. Crystal and Neeah made it very easy to decide without pressure. Now I'm trying a different product. Crystal has stayed on top if this and I really appreciate it. It's not just about the money to them, it's about you and your pet getting what you need! I will continue to shop with Honest Paws because I believe they really care! Thanks!

I ordered the Calming Aid soft chews for my dog, who has anxiety on car rides. They did not seem to help, even after increasing the dosage. I chatted with customer service representative Neeah, who issued a full refund but let me keep the remaining product and suggested I increase the dosage one more time. She was very helpful and understanding. Thanks to Neeah's advice, I will buy their higher potency oil product next time!
