As I have only had the treats and tincture for half a day, I am leaving my review solely on customer service. I contacted Honest Paws this morning with an issue with my delivery. Crystal was very professional and kind. The issue is being addressed and corrected promptly. I will leave another review after my 75lb pit bull has had some time to adjust to the CBD oil and treats. I ordered the High Impact Health Bundle for 50lbs +. Our sweet boy is 11 and has severe arthritis and degenerative disc disease, so we are trying the Purity level 3 tincture and the Relief Strain treats. I’m hopeful they will help our baby with pain relief and mobility! Jamie L.

My Experience with Honest Paws has been great so far! We had an issue where some of the CBD oil spilled in transit, and we received a replacement bottle as well as a treat sample immediately. The customer service was friendly and prompt.

I had an order delivered that unfortunately wasn’t the product I paid for. From the time I emailed with my problem to the final response from Honest Paws customer service team (Edgar was great!), my experience was incredible. It’s nice to know that a company takes care of ifs customers and they went above and beyond to get me a replacement product ASAP! I will continue using Honest Paws because of their customer service, thank you for being awesome!

Honest Paws CBD oil totally helped my two indoor cats get back on track. One of them got outside and all of a sudden after bringing him back into the house the two cats were very aggressive towards one another, as if they didn't even know each other. This was on going for almost 2 weeks. The CBD oil stabilized them over night and I haven't had an issue since, they can finally be in the same room again. I no longer have to use the CBD oil but now I have it in case this happens again or if I need to help calm any situation. I wold highly recommend this product!

My 13 year old medium sized mixed breed dog was experiencing some arthritis. The CBD oil from Honest Paws has helped greatly with the pain, he is much more mobile and happy now. The customer service at Honest Paws has been fabulous. Thank you.
