I had a little issue with ordering, yet as soon as the customer service team responded (which was less than an hour late on a weekend evening) I knew I wouldn’t have to put up a fight. My issue was resolved immediately and they followed up with me personally and consistently throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied. So far I am also really pleased with their products as well but if you’re hesitant to buy from them I would say you have nothing to worry about because any Issue will be treated with respect and resolved immediately. Highly recommend!

I was looking for something to help my anxious dog. He was prone to shaking and due to being used for breeding most of his left, he struggled with his back legs. I have been using the CBD oil for about a month or two now and he is a completely different dog. He loves to play and is much more active and hardly ever shakes or shows anxiety. I am so happy with this product. Customer service is quick and helpful as well.

This product (cbd oil) has been a game changer for my old bullmastiff!! I can’t say enough good things about the product or the fantastic customer service you get with Honest Paws. I have periodically had questions, and they always quickly respond to any questions or concerns. While my dog is still an old man at the end of the day, he no longer whimpers in pain from his arthritis and he no longer has trouble with our stairs. And this doesn’t have any side effects like all the rx meds the vet had us try first, before she recommended we try cbd oil. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!

We've been buying Joint Support Hemp Chews for our 12 yr old GS who has a really hard time getting up. It has worked really well for him and he looks forward to getting them twice a day. Also their customer service is great. Called yesterday about my auto-renew order and Jonathan was very helpful and said he would look into it and email me today...and he did!!! Good product and great customer service, their system messed up and sent all my bottles individually, but very pleased to get my whole order. Hoping to help my little boston terrier out with seizures. So far so good. Breaks my heart when he had them 2 times in a week.
