We are new customers to Honest Paws so I can't report on how successful the product is but the Fourth of July is coming up so we will get a good test soon. I reached out with some dosage advice and Jonathan was quick to reply and very helpful in his advice. If we get through the 4th with less anxiety this year, I will definitely continue to use this product! Thanks for the great customer service.

I had responded to a survey regarding some treats I ordered for my dog for pain relief that did not seem to work for her, Jen from Honest Paws Reached out to see what they could do and sent a replacement treat - I am impressed with the unexpected and quick response

I was emailing from Malaysia and even with the time differences , Jonathan was so efficient , informative but above all, very friendly in his reply. I did email him more than once and every query was always met with such great enthusiasm. It is unfortunate as it does not provide delivery to this part of the world but I hope that someday it will.

Honest Paws again gave top-notch customer service. Anytime it’s a question or a return, or item issue they continue to put the customer first. This time it was handled in less then half hour. The company always follows-up afterwards to make sure everything was handled properly and see if your satisfied with outcome. Thanks for great customer service

My dog suffers from food allergies as well as anxiety. Wellness CBD is the extra boost of supplement he needed in combination with correct diet & comfort measures when being left alone. The thing I loved the most was it acted as an anti-inflammatory for his regular colitis flare ups and subdued them significantly.

I am new to HonestPaws. I found them while looking for a product to help my 15 y.o. Shepherd and his arthritis. The CBD definitely helped. I also had an issue unsubscribing from the monthly plan after we sadly had to say goodbye to our baby. As soon as I reached out to customer support the response was super fast and thoughtful.
