The lady that helped me was very pleasant and explained what I need to do to redeem my points. I'm sorry but I don't remember her name. I had to order extra Mobility bones with CBD as I share to let people know how they will work for their dog.

Your order and shipping sites and updates are very easy to use and follow. My big Newfoundland mix (rescued five years ago, she's about twelve) has arthritis and as she's aged the flares cause her a lot of pain. She gets an upset stomach from too much medication, so I figured I use CBD cream on my bursitis so why not try the CBD drops on her? It helps me a lot and it helped her SO much! So much easier on our systems, too. It is good to know that your product is here and easy to order more when she needs it.

We have monthly auto shipment and unfortunately this last round the package was noted as delivered but must have been delivered to a different house. Customer service, Gina Perkins specifically has been absolutely fantastic making it right (even though it wasn’t Honest Paws’ fault for the delivery mishap!) Last night, we received our replacement CBD treats for our pup for no charge and we couldn’t be happier. A satisfied customer for life! Thank you!

Fast delivery. CBD worked well once I crumbled the treat into wet cat food. Cats would not accept the whole treat by itself.
