Quick action on an issue
I had been sent an email saying that I was entitled to free shipping on my next order. The code I was sent would not work. Contacted your company. Miriam said to submit the order and the shipping would be refunded. Answered my email same day and credited my account for shipping charge as soon as I let her know I had made the purchase. The amount of the shipping was minimal, but I did want to receive the free shipping and be sure that it was not just a ploy to expedite my purchase. I was very pleased Honest Paws made good on their offer and it was handled very expeditiously.

Our pet passed
Our pet passed, and we had unopened items that we wished to return. We spoke with Omar who was very helpful and guided us through with both phone and email communications. He even called to let us know the items had arrived safely.

Excellent Customer Service
I received a shipment of Calm for my 15 year old mix Lab/Chow. Unfortunately, the order had been put in a small box that resulted in damage to most of the contents (breaking, crushing). I contacted Honest Paws and they immediately apologized and offered a full replacement order. In less than 3 days, the replacement order has shipped. To me, that is great customer service. More importantly, it means my pup will be able to get his CBD doses and continue to add "spring" to his step!

Helpful Customer Service & Great Product
Customer Services was very helpful when I received my subscription order a few days after my dog crossed the rainbow bridge. They helped refund my order and cancel my subscription and just told me to donate the CBD oil to a shelter or animal in need. The mobility CBD oil helped my boxer so much, especially the last few months of her life. I would highly recommend Honest Paws CBD

Great calming chew
The CBD chews have helped Theo settle down easier when I leave him alone. I’ve been tracking this using a camera since before we tried these chews and there has been a tremendous improvement. The barking & howling is very brief upon my exit and he settles right down. I am only giving half the dosage that is recommended on the package; I wanted to start small and see what was going to work best for him. I plant to order again now that I’ve seen how well it has worked for Theo.
