From disappointment to complete satisfaction
My first order started with a mishap - it got misdirected to a different city after being handed over to the USPS by DHL and I still had not received it a week after shipping. I was upset and complained to Honest Paws because I had actually ordered a 3-5 day UPS delivery. But then great things happened: within a few hours, Honest Paws responded, took responsibility, refunded my shipping, and shipped a replacement. All is well now but even more so, I am very much impressed by the friendly and fast customer service. I will buy here again!
