Honest Paws did a great follow up on a product that didn't work for my dog (and it didn't work for an allergy). However, they checked and offered alternatives, followed up for other symptoms so they can improve their product. I like companies that care about the customer even when product was not right Now for the product, it works GREAT. My senior dog had no pain during the time he was with it, but however he got a massive allergy (that is suspected on turmeric) and needs to discontinue it This is a tip for people that wants to use this product for their dogs: check if the dog is allergic to turmeric. You can do putting 1/8 tablespoon of curcumine in their food for a week. If nothing happens, then go

We really love honest paws. The company and the product both. We use the CBD Calm peanut butter bites and both dogs love them. I see a difference in how they act and I really do think it improves chronic pain and anxiety.

The customer service agent helped me decide on another product my dog may like...which she does! Also, just being reimbursed and NOT having to send back the used product was amazing! Great customer service. I'm so happy my dog seems to like the peanut butter. She has only tried it once but she seems to like it.
