Easy to navigate and place orders. Cat loves the soft treats, I crumble it over her food.

I first ordered on November 2 and was very unhappy with the customer service. My issue was that my order said delivered and it was not here and there was no way to get any answers until the weekend was over. It was shipped DHL that is why it said delivered and it was at the post office. Total misunderstanding and slightly over reacted. Customer service was actually really good to me and that is why I am changing this review to five stars.

My 9 year old Chihuahua,Xena, has subluxations of both patellas & would go for days without being able to walk much. She cannot tolerate the Nsaids or gabapentin her veterinarian originally prescribed and was having to take Prednisone. As a last resort I decided to try the CBD oil for her & after reading hundreds of reviews decided to go with Honest Paws. It took a while to find her correct dose which happens to be literally one drop - just barely a drop in the tip of the dropper. She now gets her drop every morning & is now very feisty & wrestling my 5 year old in the afternoons. She is able to walk farther as well with a hind leg support strap. I also give my 5year old Chihuahua, Aries, 3 drops daily for his severe anxiety. This has allowed him to cut his trazodone dose in half.

Tina
My lab loves this oil, it helps her feel some better, she's 13 years old and hurts from arthritis and has had few seizures over the past years, average 5 or 6 a year but hasn't had one since she has started this oil. If you forget, she will remind you, she has gotten in routine with taking it after her morning can of food. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. It's expensive but well worth it to see my dog not in pain.
Response from Honest PawsNov 3, 2023
