Dogs don't like the new treats. They drop them and leave them on the floor.

I have a 90 pound boxer with bad arthritis so I did my research and went with this company. According to the package label my dog should have 3 chews based on his size, I gave him 1.5 to start and within an hour he was unable walk, if he stood up he would fall over. He was drooling uncontrollably and had a very distant look in his eyes. The vet said it was an overdose and had to be put on IV and held overnight to be watched. Luckily he was back to normal the next day when I picked him up. I fully support CBD products and use them myself but I don't think this product is measured properly for each chew. It doesn't make since that my dog had too much when he was only given half a dose.

I don’t understand why sometimes the order ships quickly and I receive it in a week, and other times it’s over a week and the product still hasn’t shipped. I’ve paid extra in the past for expedited shipping, and I’ve gotten it quicker with standard shipping.

Cannot get out of an autoship I never signed up for. Keep requesting password requests for the email on file and they are never received. No customer service. The dogs like the cookies and they seemed to help our girl post surgery BUT the autoship situation is thievery.
