I’ve been using honest paws for a few months for my 13 year old ridgeback’s arthritis, with outstanding results. I placed a new order just a couple days before I had to put down my sweet old lady, due to Heart deseas. I called in and Omar answered. My latest order had not been received yet, due to how fast my ridgebacks health went down hill, in relation to shipping time. Omar have me all the information needed, to receive a 100% refund on the latest order, since it had not arrived to me yet and my ridgeback no longer being with us. He was extremely understanding and made the process easy.

I always have great customer service experiences with the Honest Paws team as they are always ensuring that consumers are satisfied, regardless of the issue. Ramiro assisted me with an issue I was having with a recent order of mine and Ramiro was professional, friendly, and efficient in getting it resolved. In addition to the great products, it is staff like Ramiro that ensure returning customers like me.
