Excellent customer service as always!
As usual, Honest Paws has gone above and beyond with their customer service. I received my autoship order as expected yesterday. Unfortunately, we said goodbye to our dog so the items were no longer needed. I got on chat and Miriam was so kind in helping me. My hope was to be able to return the items regardless of a refund so that they wouldn't go to waste. Instead, Miriam helped with a refund and said to donate all the items. She was also very kind with condolences. So thoughtful of her and Honest Paws. The products really helped make our dog comfortable in his final years. However, we could not fight old age and had to say goodbye. I will definitely be using Honest Paws for any pets we have in the future. Thank you!!!
