Class act company I ordered this product and unfortunately during the shipping my pet passed away I reached out to customer support and they let me know to keep the product and or donate it to another dog who needs it at zero cost to me. They applied my refund and I donated the product to my friend who has an elderly dog, this company genuinely cares about their customers and isn’t just in it for the profit. I’ll be using this product and recommending it to my friends and family in the future.
