Very fast delivery and my fur baby loves your products and that's a win win, because she is super picky about everything

Very pleased to have received such a quick response and resolution from Antonio. Unfortunately this is not always the case with other companies so it makes the experience more enjoyable when you receive such quick response and action additional with friendly kind words. Thank you again Antonio.

The Honest Paws CBD Oil really works, and it is obvious, not just "wishful". Our Beagle was 13yrs old when we started using it and he had back, leg, hip and joint pains. Needed help to get on the couch. Walks were limited to about 1 mile and only ever few days and likely not all that enjoyable for him. We tried massages, laser therapy, shots and rehab without much success. Pain meds worked but then he was a zombie and that's not an acceptable quality of life for our family member. We saw an ad for Honest Paws CBD, read the information and decided we had to try it. What's to lose? Well, honestly, (and this is not a paid testimonial!) the difference in less than a week was like night and day. Even at 15 yrs old we'd walk on average about 2 ~ 3 mi a day and without pain afterwards. He actually looked forward to his daily walk now as something enjoyable and not something that hurt. There were days where he would sprint (I had to jog to keep up) for 1/4 mile or more. Or run laps around the yard. He felt that good. We met many owners on our walks and they were surprised at Buddy's age and how spry he acted. I was sure to tell them and other elderly dog owners about Honest Paws CBD oil. It is a quality of life game-changer, for sure. Very sadly, our Beagle passed away last week due to kidney failure so we no longer need it. But even on his last day we had an enjoyable 2 mi walk together on his favorite route. He was a happy Beagle that day. 😥️ I'd be remiss if I didn't add that there is no down-side to giving it a shot. HP customer service is first class. A scheduled shipment that we no longer need was made. Omar reached out to us and sent a pre-paid return label. Honest Paws has a Great product and Good people. Honest Paws truly improved Buddy's quality of life, of that I am sure. Do you senior dog a favor and try it.

I received a response and a refund within 24 hours of me contacting support. I was very pleased with customer service!

Ramiro was helpful and thorough while helping me navigate the issue I was experiencing and figuring out how to fix it. He also waited on the phone with me while I redeemed a coupon code from my email. I’m a big fan of Honest Paws products… it’s great knowing the customer service is also good.

I appreciate the fact that I received a very quick response to my question!! I felt that my question was thoroughly answered! Thank you!

Received product promptly each time I’ve ordered. Our 2 year old Pudelpointer had knee surgery where they had to break the bone and restructure her knee. I found this product that I felt should help the healing process and maybe help prevent damage on the other knee. She tolerates it well and had all green lights at her post recovery recheck with X-rays. I have no way of knowing if the product made a difference, but it definitely doesn’t seem to have hurt and she is happily and efficiently retrieving ducks this season!

I had a change of mind and sent an email. I got a response the next day, and I spoke with a very nice representative who explained the different products. Afterward all was adjusted so I could get the item that would better suit my dog's situation. I felt very satisfied with the quick delivery and product. Thank you so much!
