Great Customer Service
My review is just for customer service as we needed to cancel order the day after order was placed. Made a quick call to customer service and explaining that our dog had a medical emergency after placing our order and we needed to use that money for the ER visit and medicine. Will order again to incorporate once our dog gets accustomed to his medication.

I’ve been using this product for only a…
I’ve been using this product for only a few weeks, but my 14.5 year old pittie is falling less and has much more movement in his hips!

Easy to order
Easy to order, quick shipping, and great product. We like to order the peanut butter. Our dog loves it and it calms him down when thunderstorms come in.

Genesis was extremely helpful!
Genesis was extremely helpful as I tried in vain online to redeem rewards for a new order. She figured out a kinda complicated goal of mine and did it with grace and courtesy.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. Offered other options which I may look into. Just wished my cat liked to help him sleep.
