Great Customer Support
Unfortunately, the CBD oil and treats did not prove effective for my pup (which is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars). However, Customer Support was professional and efficient. I am very impressed and will be trying other products from this company as a result of how this was handled. Thank you!

Item took too long to recieve.
You messed up with the timing for my order but Omar and Eric were very accommodating. Unfortunately the item showed up AFTER we left for vacation. I expected to receive it before we left.

I spoke with Omar a terrific asset to your team however Miram, I held a partial chat, didn’t complete however she attempted to solve the issue without confirming with me, therefore I had to create a return & this was inconvenient as I don’t drive & am assisting my dog who just had TPLO surgery.

So far a positive experience
So far, our dog seems less hyperactive; it's still too early for me to conclude it's the CBD, but at least the initial experience is very positive. Also, the dog had no problem taking the dropper. I would have purchased the chews/bites, but I do not like the ingredients, which we do not eat ourselves.

These seem to calm my dogs down
These seem to calm my dogs down, but like other treats they may sleep for a bit but they do not last long. I don’t want them drugged or sleeping, just calmer. It makes their poop mushy but maybe they just need to get use to it.

It is difficult to tell on a 13-year-old dog that also has cancer whether or not she really hurts
