It was very easy to communicate with the company. I couldn’t log on to cancel my shipment so I emailed them and I got a response the next business day. I cancelled because I didn’t see improvement in my 15 year old American Eskimo with product I tried but I don’t think that means it’s not a good product, it just didn’t work for us. The company seems to really care about animals and is customer service oriented. What else could you ask for? :)
