Amazing customer care
I ordered from this company for the first time about a week ago. The order arrived quickly but my beloved 12 year old dog, Chloe, passed away before we could use the products purchased. We are devastated, but Antonio J. took my call, listened to me and was so compassionate and caring. He gave me a refund and asked me to donate the products, which I will definitely do. Thank you Antonio for showing care as we struggle with the fact that our miniature schnauzer has crossed the rainbow bridge. I am humbled and grateful.

I placed my order with Genesis
I placed my order with Genesis. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My vet recommended cbd bites, for my shih-tzu, before he gives him something stronger for separation anxiety. I found you guys online and went by the favorable reviews. If the bites work, you’ll have a new customer for a while. Thx, again, Genesis

So far, so good...........
I am impressed by the use of American grown hemp. The price is reasonable and it is being used for seizure control. So far, it seems to be working. Time will tell.

Our Miles seems to love your CBD bites
Our Miles seems to love your CBD bites. He gets anxious with fireworks and other loud noises, and we have noticed a bit of calming after giving him a treat. Still TBD. Signed up for autoship nevertheles.
