I have a standing order for this to be delivered to my mother for her elderly basset hound. She recieves the product as scheduled. I appreciate the email notices of delivery. The product seems to be working well. I would give 5 stars but I am not able to monitor the product to feel capable of that knowledge. I am satisfied.

The CPD Chews are a working miracle for our 13 year old dog. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the last few shipments, a lot of the chews are not whole, but broken bits. It’s not a big deal, but I’m trying to make sure he gets a consistent dose each time.

Happy with the recurring order. My only complaint is that you can’t just redeem points automatically but have to redeem them, then assign them to a specific order. So, the first time I redeemed points I did not have an upcoming order and could not use the discount. At the very least you should be able to see the number/code associated with the discount the next time you log in so that you can use it when appropriate.

So far, so good in the first month. I can tell the difference when she has had her dose and when she hasn't. This is a lot cheaper than Antinol Plus which is prescribed.

Easy ordering, quick delivery. As advertised. Have only used for a few days so can't really evaluate the effect this soon.

Good product. We get the mobility drops max strength for our 160lb Rottweiler. We are on subscription schedule. This helps him tremendously. I do notice that some of the bottles it seems like the product separates between doses. Make sure if it settles you shake it well before drawing up a dose. I do appreciate the updates before shipment every month and ability to postpone, move up or cancel each scheduled shipment. Definitely recommend!!!

I love the product and the quality….as our vet regularly checks our pets bloodwork to guarantee that he does not have any thc in his system that could poison him. I do feel though that when a change in your product occurs, such as the recent mold cutting machine change that resulted in a less uniform product and texture change, or the ingredient list changing how it is formatted, you should alert consumers with an extra note in the package or a printing on the product package itself if the change is permanent. I reached out to your company through email, text and a phone message left when this recently occurred and was not contacted back until around 16 hours later. I was unsure of the changes and the delayed response resulted in a missed dose. I do however recognize that your company is growing and improving along the way, as our very first shipment long ago was sent in a bubble envelope and arrived completely crushed and now the product is packaged nicely. Happy to be a customer to your company.

I had a problem with an order. I initially placed an order in error and when I discovered this I talked with a rep who indicated to me that she had resolved the issue, had canceled the order and would be issuing a refund. After several days I received notification that a second order was being shipped. At that point I realized my order hadn't been canceled, nor had a credit been issued to my credit card. At that point I called and spoke with Omar who truly resolved the issue promptly and competently.
