I bought this after doing research when my "big boy" (84 lbs dog) was diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer almost 4 weeks ago. About a week after I started giving him the "Well" drops he perked up. He is running around to the point I have to slow him down, and instead of seeing a decline in him that I would have expected to see since he was given only weeks, he's doing great and it seems (may be wishful thinking though) that the swelling has gone down some. I know my time with him is limited, but I'm happy to see him enjoying life for the remaining time he has left. Just bought another bottle and didn't even know if I needed all of the first one given the diagnosis.

I received an excellent customer service experience from your associate Genesis. I was experiencing some frustration after following your promotion to add the App, accept notifications and get a 20% discount. I completed the steps, but had difficulty getting the 20% notification in a timely manor and when it came mistakenly hit it and the notification was gone. I had to reach out two times to your company before receiving a response. More frustration! Genesis responded identifying my issue, apologized, explained what should have occurred & provided the needed discount code. I felt better about the experience and completed my order. I then was impressed that Genesis reached out to me again to make sure I received Genesis’s initial response and that I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed, since this is customer care at a level unheard of these days. I felt heard and taken care of by Genesis!

Turn around time was fast. Great packaging, the dropper bottle was in perfect shape upon arrival. My dog’s movements (getting up from floor; walking) are smoother and with less stiffness. He can sit longer without having to lie down. Thank you!

Honest Paws has a great product.The CBD oil calms my standard poodle so that she can be groomed,before using CBD oil,the groomer stated that she would no longer groom Cotton because she was just to anxious and she was afraid that Cotton would get hurt.Honest Paws CBD oil works amazingly well,and calms Cotton so she's able to be groomed.

I am very happy with this company. I am giving the CBD mobility to my Doberman, for a joint injury plus arthritis. We researched this company and liked what we saw. I just got on the auto delivery and was helped by a very nice gentleman named Omar. I think this is a great product with a great staff.

I ordered a bottle of CBD oil, and on the day it shipped out, my dog died. I reached out to see if I could get a refund. Genesis replied and was very kind and caring and told me to give the oil to another dog owner who might need it, and that she'd give me a full refund. Kind gestures like this go a long way, and I will shop here again and tell all my friends.
