I needed to take a break from the product. Gina was very helpful. My subscription was cancelled and that was it. No hassle at all. A very positive experience. As soon as we figure out what's going on with our dogs I'm sure we'll be back.

My 15 yr old Beagle has been diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure. She has joint pain that I would like to help her with. I reached out to see if the cbd oil would bother her kidneys. Gina answered my email very promptly with great advice.

I needed to change the month of my next auto shipment and was having difficulties doing this on the app. I hit the contact via Chat option and was connected almost immediately to Miriam. Miriam was very welcoming, professional, and helped me right away. I have worked in various customer service jobs throughout the years, so I’m always appreciative when a friendly rep handles issues so expediently that were causing me some frustration. Great person you have there to represent your company. I love the mobility CBD drops we purchase for our 14 year old girl Lily, it has literally given her new life. About 2 years ago, her hip dysplasia and arthritis were causing huge mobility issues. We honestly thought we probably would not have much more quality time with her. Now,at 14 1/2 she runs around, jumps and handles stairs, and herds (she’s an Aussie). She still has a lot of vigor left in her. I can’t thank your company enough for helping to keep our Lily mobile and happy.

I reached out about an order total charged being different from the subscription alert email. I got an immediate response and was refunded the difference. I was also offered a free product to try for the inconvenience of the situation- something that was not needed or expected, but definitely made an impact. There is a clear commitment to excellent customer experience that really impressed me.
