Although the calming effects of the product are very good there seems to be a quality control issue in either manufacturing or packaging! I have received several shipments over the past 6 months or so and each and every package has had a minimum of 30% of the treats either in pieces or totally crumbled! Very disappointing!!

We personally like the new treat mold
We personally like the new treat mold. I understand others prefer being able to break them in half easier with the old mold that had broken. I requested the agent suggest giving the option of both to your customers once the previous mold was available. They simply told me others like the brekables and issued me a refund for my last purchase. Which was not my issue. I took the money but, my suggestion was dismissed. We are seeking alternative options.

Check out was tricky
Check out was tricky. It enrolled me in auto renewal which I didn’t want. It also wasn’t clear when checking out I accidentally clicked a box to double my order which I didn’t want to do. I had to return the second item once I received it.

Product value good, but bad shipping
Product value good and really helps my 10 year old German Shepherd. Only negative is shipping, my orders from Chewy get to me the next day or at worst in 2 days, but your shipping takes sometimes 7 to 10 days.

Didn’t work for us
Nothing really “wrong” — very nice company and service! Just didn’t seem to help my doggies (border collies).

I thought ordering directly through the…
Edited 1/6 to add, the company replied claiming they sent an email to work with me on a resolution but I have not received one. I thought ordering directly through the company would get me better results than the store since it's a hit and miss on dryness of the treats. I was wrong, all 3 bags I ordered came dry, pale, old looking and crumbly. I've gotten some before from pet supplies plus that were very nice but maybe the product changed. Very unfortunate
