There was nothing wrong with the order
There was nothing wrong with the order. I was very unhappy to notice that you used postage material more than ten times the actual size of the material ordered. In this day of many companies being aware of the environmental impact our day to day activity causes I thought you can definitely do a better job. Thank you for asking for my opinion.

It was so easy
It was so easy to navigate the site and order product. There was great communication as to when the product was shipped and when I could expect to receive the product. Tracking was easy to use and the product came a bit sooner than originally expected -- a real bonus!!
