Easy to Order Impossible to Return
The initial order was easy and quick. But the I realized I ordered the wrong item. When I contacted them they said they would send me info on how to return the items since they were unopened and in original box. 6 days later I still have not received the info so I can properly return the items. Easy to order impossible to return.

Product was fine but the shipping took…
Product was fine but the shipping took twice as long. The tracking number never worked. The lady I called for customer service was very nice and helpful

I called your customer service number…
I called your customer service number numerous times. I never got to speak to a person. After a wait I was told to call back. My main complaint is that you charged me sales tax on medical supplies. In the state of Florida there is NO SALES TAX on medical supplies. Customer service read my review, issued a credit for the sales tax. Very pleased with the outcome. Happy Customer!

HonestMed truly is honest!
I ordered this item for my husband, and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. However, my husband went into the hospital the same day I ordered it, and died a little over two weeks later. I contacted Honest Medical about returning the item. They gave me a full refund and asked me to donate the item, which I will give to an organization that provides donated supplies to charitable clinics. HonestMed truly is honest!
