AquaGel Pump Replacement
I made an order of AquaGel, and when the package arrived the pump for the lubricant was broken. I contacted the company, and the representative told me she didn't know if they actually had spare pumps to replace the broken one, but she would make sure they replaced it some way. A week later, I got a replacement for the 1/2 gallon complete with a working pump. That exceeded my expectations.
