I placed my order on 2/22/25. Today, I receive your survey request (2/28/25). Tracking shows eta of 3/4/25. That is very slow shipping and very fast survey request.

I received fast shipping and delivery. The shipping charge was less than other medical supply companies for the item I ordered.
I ordered a product which is not in widespread use. It was in stock, was shipped promptly, and I received it within a week. Thank you!
