Need a Way to Update Shipping Address
I placed my order on a Saturday, and after the order went through, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. There was no way to update the shipping address online or through the site, and because it was a weekend, calling the customer service number only got me a message asking me to call back during office hours Monday through Friday. I'm concerned my order will wind up going to the wrong location.

I have ordered from your site multiple times, I always have a hard time remembering how to find the option to order a box of the Inner Canula's versus just the single one.

Hard to find product delivered quickly
The product I was looking for is very hard to find. And even where I saw it listed other places, I couldn't find where I could buy it, I found it easily on your website came exactly as Ineeded and very quickly.
