I called my first order in, since I had difficulties with another company. I appreciated someone actually answering your phone, they could speak the king's English, she was pleasant, and was very informative about your product. Annabelle was totally delightful and so helpful! We are a non-profit anima assisted program, who takes their dogs into hospitals to visit patients in need. We're only interested in purchasing the Sani-Hands.
