Top Notch All The Way!
I was extremely hesitant to order as I was not familiar with this company. And it was Thursday afternoon before the 4th of July holiday so another reason to hesitate. Let me just say I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The item shipped the same day I ordered it and was on my front door step Saturday morning. Excellent experience all the way around. Truly top notch. Don’t hesitate to place an order. Competitive pricing. Lightning fast shipping. I’m 100% satisfied and will use again. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

Still missing 1 jar of gel
Still missing 1 jar of gel, 2 delivery attempts, 1st delivery brought 1 jar instead of a case (4 jars), second delivery supposed to deliver remaining 3, delivered only 2. Countless conversations with customer service, even sent a picture with proof that received only 2 jars. 10 days later, still nothing.

This company was less expensive than…
This company was less expensive than all the others and had the same quality and brand of supplies we needed. Delivery was quick. Definitely recommend other all the others.

Need a dated receipt provided. PLEASE
It is very frustrating that Honest Medical does not provide a dated receipt. I pay with FSA funds, and I cannot use my FSA card or get reimbursed because the printable receipt provided does NOT include a date! Otherwise the ordering process is great. I may have to begin ordering elsewhere, even though Honest Medical has the best price, so I can use Medical FSA funds!
