I placed the order on 7/3/2025. When checking out it said delivery in 2-3 days. With the July 4th holiday I did expect a couple days delay but the order did not ship until &/9/2025 and did noe arrive until 7/15/2025. what happened to your 2-3 day delivery as ststed on my receipt?

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration it caused. You’re absolutely right to expect timely delivery especially when the checkout estimated 2–3 days. While the July 4th holiday did cause some delays, I understand your order didn’t ship until July 9th and arrived much later than expected, on July 15th. Upon review, it appears our warehouse needed extra time to transfer your item to an alternate location, which contributed to the delay. Your order shipped from Elgin, IL to NOTI, OR, and unfortunately the reroute added transit time. I know how disappointing it is when expectations aren’t met, and I truly regret that we missed the mark. Your experience is not the standard we strive for, and I’ve flagged this with our fulfillment team to help prevent it from happening again.
