Shop did not give me an opportunity to…
Shop did not give me an opportunity to enter a delivery address – it auto-entered the billing address. I've been in rehab for 15 months, nowhere near my apartment. I had to spend hours with chatbots trying to correct the shipping address. Finally got to chat with a human, who said that they didn't think they could change the shipping address on the order already placed. I told them to cancel the order, and I would find another vendor that doesn't use Shop. HonestMed seem to be good folks, but Shop SUCKS!
