Very quick turnaround between order and…
Very quick turnaround between order and arrival. However, I HATE that there is no convenient way to provide one's current credit card via the phone. All the new changes have made ordering unpleasant.

Misled by product and wrote complaint
Misled by product and wrote complaint. Received a reply that was basically "sorry about that". Wrote response, no response to it. It was only $25 dollar purchase fear if were a $1000 purchase.
